There are two common ultrasonic atomization technologies on the market now,
One type is ceramic atomizer, which works by atomizing water and essential oil together through the atomizer, and then blowing out the mist through a fan. The natural fragrance is affected by water, and the noise is loud, usually above 36 decibels.

- Underwent a 2-year durability test (6 hours of daily operation) with zero clogging records to date.
- Only compatible with pure essential oils with a viscosity ≤ 45 Cp, including agarwood, sandalwood, myrrh, frankincense, vetiver, benzoin, rock rose, patchouli and semi-solid rose essential oil—these are mostly viscous woody and resinous essential oils.
- For essential oils with a viscosity ＞ 45 Cp, dilute them at a 3:7 ratio with eco-friendly & safe aromatherapy base solvent before use. Never use inferior solvents containing water, alcohol, essence or pigments—these will clog the device movement and cause damage.
- If clogging occurs due to accidental use of high-viscosity oils: Pour the eco-friendly aromatherapy base solvent into the bottle, attach it to the nozzle, shake and invert the device, then activate the atomization mode until the clog is cleared.
- If the clog persists, contact customer service to purchase a new atomizing nozzle.

If you’re sleeping in a small bedroom, I recommend turning on the diffuser on the lowest setting half an hour before going to bed, and then turning it off when you go to sleep. This prevents the essential oil scent from becoming too strong and causing discomfort.
Of course, if you forget to turn it off, don’t worry, it will automatically shut off after two hours.
